"How can I get six pack abs?"
This question rips through my inbox perhaps more than any other. Men. Women. It doesn't matter who you are, you want to people to notice when you pull your shirt over your head.
First things first: Chisled abdominals scream fitness, health and discipline. But here's the kicker... the look *amazing*.
But not anymore...
Picture yourself staring out across the deep blue water. Heads turn as you peel off your shirt to reveal a detailed and etched midsection. People look in your direction in admiration... Wanting to either be you or be next to you...
Not long after Middle Management® launched, I realized that I needed a site to specifically answer the question, "how can I get six pack abs?"
It boils down to this: getting six pack abs is actually pretty simple. As luck would have it, the process fits neatly within the three E's: Eating Right, Exercising and Energizing. But there is one E that doesn't apply to getting six pack abs: Easy.
After all, if you're like me, you're sitting in traffic for an hour or more each day going to and from work. Then, when you get home, you're chasing your kids or picking up toys. Clearly, you only have so many hours in the day to eat right and exercise.
You know what I mean, don't you?
Certainly the most frustrating thing about trying to get six pack abs is seeing all of the so-called "gurus" that make it look so easy. But let me let you in on a little secret... they're trying to hoodwink you.
If your "office" is the gym and you can workout at your leisure - and, in fact, as part of your job - it *is* easy.
But we're not them, are we?
FACT: Most of us have real lives, with real problems. We don't have hours to spend in the gym like they do. I mean, seriously, think about it. Even our kids are growing up in a society where the "powers that be" determined there isn't enough time for PE in school anymore! It makes my blood boil...

That is where this site comes in. It is a site for real people, with real time constraints. However, no matter how you slice it, the long and the short of it is this: If you want six pack abs, you have to dedicate yourself to and relentlessly pursue *that* goal. I hate to say this, but anyone that says otherwise is just trying to make a buck.
But there's good news... I'll show you how to do just that, and still leave time for life outside the gym.
